Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of araraseo.com (the "Site") and any SEO services provided by Arara SEO. By accessing the Site or engaging Arara SEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not engage Arara SEO.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

The free SEO audit is provided at no cost, and requesting one does not commit you to a paid engagement. It represents Arara SEO's good-faith assessment of your business's current search visibility based on publicly available information and the details you provide. The audit is informational only and does not constitute a guarantee of results. Arara SEO reserves the right to decline to provide an audit at its discretion.

3. Paid Services

Paid SEO services are governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or Service Agreement) entered into between Arara SEO and the client prior to the commencement of any paid engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.

The specific terms of each engagement, including scope, price, payment schedule and timeline, are agreed between the parties and set out in that signed Service Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Arara SEO and protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without the prior written consent of Arara SEO.

Deliverables produced under a paid Service Agreement (audits, reports, schema markup, copy, and similar) become your property upon full payment for that work, as set out in the Service Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arara SEO does not warrant that:

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside Arara SEO's control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and client-side implementation of recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arara SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or of Arara SEO's services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

The total liability of Arara SEO for any claim arising under these Terms or a Service Agreement shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Arara SEO under the relevant engagement (excluding GST), regardless of when the claim is brought.

7. Third-Party Services

Arara SEO may recommend or integrate third-party tools or platforms (Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, schema validators, and similar) as part of its services. Arara SEO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to These Terms

Arara SEO may update these Terms from time to time. When it does, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
