Pricing

Priced to your site.
Not a package.

I audit your site, scope exactly what needs fixing, and quote the work: real items, real hours, priced from what it actually takes to fix.

How pricing works

The audit tells us the number.

What your site needs depends on what the audit finds. Once I've looked, you get one fixed quote for the fix, priced from the actual work, with no upsell and no surprises. Half to start, half on delivery. Start with the free audit; the price comes with the findings.

The Honest Timeline

The work is front-loaded. The results aren't.

Most of the heavy lifting happens early — technical fixes, schema, on-page rewrites, internal-linking work all ship in the build. But Google takes 3 to 6 months to re-crawl, re-index, and re-rank your pages after those changes land. So the work is front-loaded and the results arrive later. That gap is normal. It's why stopping right after the build is like laying a foundation and walking away before anyone moves in.

How It Works

How the engagement works.

A one-time build scoped from the audit, then optional ongoing work scoped the same way. Here is exactly how the milestones and the money work.

🧾
The Build
50% + 50%
A one-time, custom-scoped project priced from the audit: real items and real hours. 50% non-refundable deposit to start, 50% on delivery.
What Delivery Means
Work shipped
Every fix shipped and verified, not rankings. Rankings follow on Google's timeline, months after the work is done. You pay for the work, and the work is what I deliver.
🔁
After the Build
Scoped to need
Any ongoing work — fresh content, monitoring, more pages — is scoped from the hours it actually needs, the same way the build is: a smaller custom scope when you want it, or you take the built work forward yourself.

Common Questions

Before you book the call.

Why don't you list a price?
Because the right number depends on what your site actually needs, and I won't know that until I've looked. The free audit tells us both exactly what the work is. Then you get one fixed quote, priced from real items and hours. I'd rather quote from what your site actually needs than name a number before I've looked.
Why does SEO take 6 to 12 months? My last agency promised 30 days.
The work and the results run on two different clocks. The heavy work ships in the first stage, but Google takes 3 to 6 months to re-crawl, re-index, and re-evaluate your site after those changes land. Meaningful movement, meaning owner enquiries rather than vanity rankings, registers after that. I tell you this upfront so you know what you're paying for and when to expect it.
What exactly do you work on?
On-site SEO: technical fixes, on-page optimization, schema markup, content optimization, and internal linking. The work that makes your existing pages findable, readable, and competitive in search. The free audit shows you which of those move the needle most for your site.
What if I want to cancel or pause?
You commit when you approve the quote and pay the deposit, which is non-refundable because it books the work and the scoping behind it. The build then runs through to delivery as one scoped project. After delivery, continuing is entirely your call: keep working with me on a fresh scope, or take the built work forward yourself.
How do I know the work is actually happening?
Every engagement includes a monthly report drawn from Google Search Console and the rank-tracking tools agreed at onboarding. Target keywords are documented and signed off at onboarding, so every report measures against the same agreed list, no moving goalposts.
